Refund Policy

Overview

At Heartify, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.

Requirements For Refund Requests

If you are not satisfied with a Heartify course or if your employer or organization does not accept a Heartify certification, you will be eligible for a full refund. Any refund requests must be made within 60 days of your course completion date.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the request is made after you have completed the course and completion cards have been shipped to you. It is your obligation to determine that the course content for any course you register for meets the requirements of any organization or regulatory agency that may be applicable to your situation. You should verify the course meets your applicable requirements prior to registering for any course.

If we issue a refund to you, any course completion cards, provider cards, awarded certificates, online user profile and any other material issued to you prior to the refund will be made void and inaccessible. You may request to cancel a course for a full refund at any point during the course process by contacting our support staff. In the event of any refund is issued, please allow up to five (5) business days for the refund to be processed.

Procedures To Obtain A Refund

As long as your return meets the requirements described above, follow these steps to return your product:

  1. Send an email to support@heartify.com requesting a refund for your course. The email should include:
    • Your first and last name

    • Your Heartify number (located on your new provider card)

    • The course(s) that you are requesting be refunded

    • Documentation (emails or letters) from your supervisor, compliance department, or HR department with an explanation as to why your Heartify certification is not being accepted.

  2. After reviewing your return request, we will send you a confirmation email, and let you know if your refund has been approved and when to expect the credit to be applied to your credit card.
  3. We are only able to credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
